Meet our favourite residents at Little Cheese Farm. As many as 56 Jersey breed calves put a smile on your face every morning.
These cows are characterised by their beautiful brown coat and almond-shaped eyes. Moreover, they also have a friendly and calm character and the quality of their milk is very high with higher protein and fat content. This will result in even better cheese.
Another important aspect of Jersey cows is lower greenhouse gas emissions. Good for the farmer, but also for the carbon footprint the animals leave behind.
